24年前的台灣咖啡文化還掌握在西餐廳吧台的手裡
當初幾乎青一色用"賽風"在煮的,會出現很多現在不可思議的問題
什麼煮完會有小山丘,這種鬼東西我不用10秒就教會你了
你就在下座要移開火的前十秒,順時鐘或逆時鐘攪拌咖啡粉
攪到有漩渦狀(約十秒),移開火....保證有小山丘。
什麼雙沖泡法....匪夷所思 = =

必須為星巴克辯解的是...其實他真的也虧很久了

咖啡成癮最明顯的問題為....
早上沒喝咖啡跟沒睡醒是一樣的,一定要喝杯咖啡.....
眼睛才有睜開的感覺。
而且一般消費者,會越喝越多,越喝越濃。
推 aprendes:自己煮便宜又好玩
這倒是真的。
一磅咖啡250~600NT(零售價)
可以讓你玩快要30~35杯咖啡,而且依自己的口味量身打造
→ lalala419:我覺得自己泡才是裝氣質 自以為潮流 靠
不能這樣說,-4豆子就那兩種,滿足不了很多追求咖啡味道的族群
你可以想像咖啡有花香味、或是堅果味嗎?

營業用半自動咖啡機、法式法蘭絨、法式濾壓壺等等....ETC
應該都可算現煮,冰滴和大型美式咖啡機比較爭議倒是。

我想-4的大夜員工應該有清潔流程
與其擔心這個,倒不如擔心早餐店的咖啡機有沒蟑螂
和觀光區的全自動咖啡機清潔是否有做好
我拆過故障原因是因為用地下水而水箱和內部構造長青苔的機器 = =

不會的,還是很多.....
